We deliver to European Union countries, including Ireland and the UK.
Please note orders are usually processed and dispatched on the next working day from the order day. However, during busy times and when we are on sale it can take longer than this. All our orders are sent out signed for and trackable.
Delivery takes 3-5 working days.
We use a tracked service with DPD and FedEx, therefore, you will need to be present to sign for your delivery. After a first failed attempt at delivery, your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot and a second delivery attempt will follow the next day. The parcel will be returned to sender if it is not claimed.
Please note that if you want to request a re-delivery we will need to ask you to pay for another shipment payment. If you want to request a refund, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
