Inspirational cities: Matt loves LA

We travel the world for vintage inspiration and each of us has fallen head over heels in love with a different city. For Matt,  Creative Director, LA is top of his list of hot travel destinations.

I love...

LA for the perfect combination of the city by the beach. You can be in a meeting and half an hour later, surfing in Malibu. It doesn't get much better than that!

I stay at....

The Avalon Hotel, a 50s style retro hotel in Beverley Hills with an hourglass shaped swimming pool.

I eat...

Burgers from Jonnie Rockets.

Burgers from Dukes in Malibu.

Burgers from Fred 62 in Los Feliz.

It's really bad.

I visit...

Los Feliz and Silverlake  for  vintage fashion (of course) and shops like Rehab on Beverly Boulevard for vintage interiors.
