Returns Please note this Returns Policy & any Returns Policy mentioned online is applicable to online purchases only. For purchases in our Eastcastle or Clapham stores you must contact the stores directly for further information. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on the garment, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred, providing the style is available. The returned goods are considered your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we highly recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot issue a refund or exchange until the goods have been received by our warehouse. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name. We do not reimburse the cost of the return to us. Please send both the invoice and unworn, unspoilt garment in original packing to: Fever Warehouse, Unit B3, Woodside Court, Roundswell Business Park, Barnstaple , Devon, EX31 3TJ Refunds & Exchanges are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once our warehouse has received the item, they will notify Head Office who will then process the refund or exchange for you. A confirmation email will be sent to you using our system. If an item is received outside of the 14 days Returns Policy, we will issue a credit to the value of the Returned Goods, or re-send the goods back to you. You will be contacted if the Return is outside of the Policy time frame. Please note postage is non-refundable. Exchanges If you are wishing to exchange an item for a different size or colour or perhaps a different style completely of the same cost, please note what you would like on the paperwork enclosed with the return. If you are requesting an exchange from outside the UK it will be another charge of £5.00 to resend the exchange. Faulty or wrong item If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Distance selling regulations Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from feverdesigns.co.uk, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. These items are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to: shop@feverdesigns.co.uk. Once you have cancelled your order, you will receive email confirmation. Discount codes & vouchers If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. *Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. |
