Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn/unused item(s) to us in their original packaging with any tags and labels attached. You are entitled to a full refund on the item(s) if it is returned within 28 days from the date of receipt.
This returns policy covers purchases made on the website, over the phone and using gift vouchers. See the bottom of the page for the returns policy covering store purchases.
Returning Online Purchases By Post
You are entitled to a full refund on the item(s) if it is returned within 28 days from the date of receipt. Please note return postage is non-refundable.
Please send both the invoice and unworn item(s) in their original packaging to the address below:Fever Warehouse, Unit B2, Woodside Court, Roundswell Business Park, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 3TJ.
Please note: when trying on clothing please ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. If an item clearly shows signs of wear or smells of deodorant/perfume, you will be contacted by our customer service team who will advise that the items will be sent back to you and a refund will not be processed.
Returning Online Purchases In-store
We now accept internet returns and exchanges at our flagship store.
In store returns must be made in person. Do not post return items to the store.
Please note that we are still processing these the same way as if you are returning the item(s) to our warehouse in Devon. Therefore the above returns policy and procedures still applies.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange any item(s) for a different size, colour or style of the same price, (subject to stock availability), please let us know. Please include on the enclosed paperwork that was sent with your original order what you would like to exchange the item(s) for and we will process this for you.
REFUNDS
We will issue a full refund on the item(s), or exchange the item(s) for a different size, colour or style (subject to stock availability). Please note that the item(s) are considered your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we highly recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot issue a refund or exchange until the item(s) have been received by our warehouse.
Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name.
If an item is received outside of the 28 days Returns Policy we will contact you to advise that a Credit Note will be issued to the value of the returned item(s).
Recieved Faulty or Wrong item(s)
If the item(s) you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us either via email (shop@feverdesigns.co.uk) or phone us on (020 7631 0735) and we will send you a Free returns label for returning the item to us. Please quote your order number (the last five digits), your full name and details of the product(s) and we will process this for you.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from feverdesigns.co.uk, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. These items are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to: shop@feverdesigns.co.uk. Once you have cancelled your order, you will receive email confirmation. However please note that any postage paid for returning goods to us will not be refunded. This does not affect your rights as stated above.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
SHOP purchases
Please note that our returns policy is different for item(s) bought in store at 52-53 Eastcastle Street.
From 20th March 2013 we now offer refunds in store. Please note, any purchases made before the 20th March 2013 will dealt with under our previous returns policy.
If you are not happy with your purchase please return the item to our store in its original condition within 28 days of purchase along with your receipt and we will offer a refund, credit note or exchange.
Refunds will be refunded in the same manner in which payment was made, card refunds must be made against the original payment card stated on the receipt and the card holder needs to be present.
Sample items, Vintage and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.

Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. We will be unable to offer a refund, credit note or an for any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
