Fever London launched in 1996 and the brand has since developed into a global label with a strong sense of style. Originally a wholesale offering, there are now two Fever stores in London with plans for further retail outlets.

We are looking for an International Sales Assistant, please read on for more details:

Job Description:

Given the company’s expansion a role has arisen for an International Sales Assistant to work within the Commercial team. This role will report directly into the International Sales Manager supporting the international sales team in a general administrative function.

Skills / Duties:
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Processing and despatching sales orders

-          Data entry

-          Updating spreadsheets, lists and client databases

-          Chasing payments

-          Account management

-          Liaising with  agents and distributors overseas as needed

-          General administration i.e. filing, typing etc.

-          Supporting the sales team in all duties as and when required

-          Representing the company at fair and events (National and International) as and when needed

This role is an office-based role, for the right candidate wanting to develop and progress there are opportunities to further your career within sales and there will be some level of International Travel.

Requirements 

-          Experience of working in an office or customer service environment

-          Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills

-          Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

-          Interest in Fashion and retail

-          Enthusiasm to learn about new territories, accounts & brands

-          MS Office proficient, with a thorough experience of Excel.

-          Able to work with numbers and feel comfortable doing so

-          Proactivity - the ability to be one step ahead in the planning process to ensure a smooth flow from order through to delivery

-          Excellent time management

-          Any European language, especially German or Dutch would be desirable but not essential
